Payment
By Credit/Debit Card - We accept most major credit and debit cards (via NatWest Streamline) over the telephone (details are not kept at any time)
By Cheque - Please make all cheques/postal orders payable to "Slavic Crafts" and send to the address below
All items are extremely well protected by several layers of bubblewrap,then packed in an inner heavy duty cardboard box which is in turn placed in an outer box with an inner layer of polystyrene. All items are FIRST QUALITY and checked before dispatch.
We try to keep packing costs to a minimum.
Delivery
For small orders we use RM postage and for larger ones we use courier charging £9 - £12 per box (up to 5 kg - 15 kg respectively)including all packaging costs.
We also offer a free local delivery service depending on the size of the order and distance. Otherwise local deliveries are charged at minimal cost.
Additional Info
All customer details are kept strictly confidential and not shared with any other parts. We do not keep customers card details at any time whatsoever.
